There are no entry requirements, no ability barriers, and absolutely no exams. Some courses may ask for a little prior experience (check our Course Descriptions), but all you really need is curiosity and enthusiasm.

Our dedicated tutors and office bearers volunteer their time, keeping costs as low as possible.
- Annual Membership: Just $30 per calendar year gives you access to enroll in courses year-round.
- Course Fees: Each course has a small, separate fee, with occasional charges for materials.

Annual membership for is $30.00. Members joining during Term 4, will have their membership extended to cover the following year.
Our class scheduling is generally organised around the four Queensland State School term dates.
Class costs are additional to annual membership and vary depending on the class frequency.
Weekly Classes – $30 per Term
Monthly Classes – $30 per Year
Courses for 5 weeks – $15.00 per course
The cost of Social Activities varies. Some are either free or at a commercial venue where you can decide how much to spend. Other Activities carry a cost which is advised well ahead of time.
Every Tuesday during each term, we meet for lunch at venues that are listed in our monthly class & activity schedule. Prospective members often use this function as a chance to find out more about us.
We have recently moved into permanent office space. Eventually you will be able to drop in and pay for membership and/or classes fees. Meanwhile there are a number of alternatives available.
Pay On-line
You can use a credit or debit card to securely pay for membership and or classes. Your details are not stored and the financial institution processing the transaction uses the highest level of encryption to ensure your safety.

Cash Payments
Cash payments will be received at Sign-on days and Open Days. For the convenience of members the office will be open each day of the first week of term. Opening times will be advertised.
Cash payments will no longer be taken at classes.
At Open Day
In mid-January each year we have an Open Day, showcasing our activities and classes for the coming year. You can speak to our Class Coordinator, several of our Tutors and various Committee members. You can also make payments for membership and classes.
At Sign-On Days
Held in the first week of the school holidays preceding the start of Terms 2, 3 & 4. Details to be provided by email, our Website and Facebook.
