How To: Pay your Subscription

When you receive a Membership Reminder and you renew online, you will first be asked to update your personal details, and then be offered payment options e.g. (Direct Deposit or credit card). If you do not wish to pay online you can view and print the Direct Deposit for payment.

Updating your Contact Details

To update your personal details click the Edit button next to your displayed details. This will take you to a page where you can directly update your details in the management system. The only detail which cannot be updated is your name. To do this you will need to contact the person responsible for your Member Wizard database.

Paying Membership Subscriptions

Paying by Credit Card or Debit Card

To pay by Card you simply enter your card number and expiry date in the relevant areas then click the button.  The transaction fee will be added to the total. Card payments are handled by secure provider Stripe and card details are not stored. Receipts and deposits are generated automatically by our management system (Member Wizard) and emailed to the you.

Paying by Direct Deposit

If you choose not to use Card payment you can pay by Direct Deposit. Click the Direct Deposit link adjacent to the payments area and the deposit details and payment reference will be shown. You can then print this for reference when making your payment.  This will enable us to quickly identify you payment on our bank statement.

Paying in person

If you pay in person by any method, then your membership will automatically be updated when your payment is receipted. Cash payments will only be taken at our office.
